Our career support services division focuses on career development, planning, and training initiatives for transitioning populations. Services include job search resources, interview preparation and career assessment. As a member of the National Career Development Association (NCDA), PCCSS governs our career transition practice on the common principles of NCDA, moving from self-reflection to self-discovery. While continuing to learn and conduct research on various transitioning populations in this country, we understand and support quantifiable and tested methodologies that will improve the quality of lives for our clients.
